Personal Trainer

Smiley face At GreenMed Medical Center a fitness specialist will discuss your health history, your exercise experience, and your fitness goals. From there an exercise plan will be designed. The plan will include showing you the proper movements with the machines, fitness equipment, and/or the weights that you may be using.

There are many reasons to take advantage of one-on- one training including accountability and guidance. At GreenMed a personal trainer will work with you to help meet your personal health, fitness and exercise goals.

The National Association of Orthopedic Nurses endorses tai chi for seniors seeking to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and get gentle aerobic exercise.
